Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
It depends on the product. Items from our GODS line are fulfilled by our production partners and typically ship within 5–10 business days. Self-fulfilled items like the GODS Silk Scarf and HARDANI Caps ship within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all US orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@hardaniofficial.com as soon as possible.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.

My order contains multiple items — will they arrive together?
Not always. Orders with both dropshipped and self-fulfilled items may arrive in separate packages. This is normal and not an error.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Limited-edition and sale items are final sale. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.

How do I start a return?
Email support@hardaniofficial.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?
We're sorry about that. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hardaniofficial.com and we'll make it right immediately.

How do I care for my HARDANI pieces?
Care instructions vary by product and are listed on each product page. For delicate items like the GODS Silk Statement Scarf, we recommend dry clean or hand wash only. Please see product descriptions for specific care instructions.

Do your products run true to size?
Our GODS line features an oversized, boxy silhouette — if you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down. Size charts with measurements are included on each product page.
